Off-the-shelf test kit rarely fits the job

Generic equipment forces you to compromise on one of them, and a rig knocked together in-house tends to drift, under-record, or fail the audit when it matters. The result is the same: results you can't fully trust, and testing you have to run again.

Do you build to our specification, or is this a catalogue product?

Every rig is bespoke. We design and build it around your part, your load case and the standard you're testing to — there's no off-the-shelf version.

What kinds of testing do you cover?

Verification and certification testing, and endurance, fatigue, load, pressure and hydraulic rigs. If the test needs a controlled load applied and measured, we can build the rig for it.

Can we set the budget and the timeline?

Yes. You give us the timeframe and the budget, and we deliver a solution that works within them. We'll tell you up front what's realistic before you commit.

Will the data hold up for certification?

That's the point of building the rig properly. Calibrated load cells and encoders feed a data-acquisition system that logs every cycle, so your results are repeatable and traceable.

Do you install the rig and support it afterwards?

Yes — we commission it on site and stay on hand for spares, servicing and future changes. We're set up to keep British industry running, not to build and disappear.
