Do you manufacture medical devices?

No. We supply motion and control kit and the engineering behind it. We improve the packaging and converting lines your manufacturing runs on — the line, not the device itself.

What kind of lines do you work on?

Packaging and converting lines that handle plastics and films — tension control, web guiding, static control, brushless drives and web gauging. We've done this for suppliers into the NHS, including packaging and plastic-bag manufacturers.

Can you help with static and contamination?

Yes. Static control on plastics and films is a core part of what we fit, because on a medical line contamination means scrap. We hold cleanliness where the process needs it.

Will you come and look at our line first?

Yes. We carry out on-site machine surveys, so any recommendation is based on your line and your product, not a generic spec.
