For flooring manufacturers

Faster flooring lines, less scrap, a consistent bond every roll

We help laminate, vinyl and LVT manufacturers get more out of the lines they already run — tighter web control, cleaner lamination and quicker, safer cutting, engineered and fitted by people who do this for a living.

The line runs, but the losses add up

Most flooring lines aren't held back by one big fault. They're held back by the small, repeatable ones — a bond that drifts, a guillotine that can't keep pace, a splice that stops the line. Left alone, they quietly cap your output and your yield.
  • Variable pre-heat leaves laminate bonding inconsistent, so good product ends up as scrap.
  • Guillotines and cutters can't stop quickly enough to lift line speed without wrecking accuracy.
  • Every splice or accumulator stop is lost production — and a safety question at the same time.

Where we make the difference

Web control from unwind to rewind

We fit closed-loop tension and web guiding across the whole line, so material tracks true and runs faster without creasing, snaking or breaking. That's our core skill, and it's where most of the gains start.

Lamination you can trust

A closed-loop pre-heat system with digital pyrometer measurement holds temperature where it needs to be, roll after roll. Bonding stops drifting, and the scrap that came with it stops too.

Cut faster, splice cleaner

Ultra-high-speed brake motors let tile-cutting guillotines stop on the mark at higher speeds. Upgraded accumulators give you more capacity, reliable splicing and a safer stop — so the line keeps moving.

Frequently asked questions.

If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, here are some of the questions we hear most often.

Can you upgrade our existing line, or is this new equipment only?

We upgrade what you've got wherever it makes sense. Most of our flooring work is retrofit — tension control, brake motors, pre-heat and accumulators added to lines already in production.

Do you work with laminate, LVT and vinyl?

Yes. The web-handling and lamination principles carry across all three; we tailor the specifics — pre-heat, cutting, tension — to your material and line.

Will you come and look at our line first?

Yes. We carry out on-site machine surveys so any recommendation is based on your line, not a generic spec.

How much downtime does a retrofit need?

We plan the work around your production, and we can phase it. We'll tell you the realistic downtime up front, before you commit.

Do you support the line after installation?

Yes — servicing, spares and advice. We're set up to keep British industry running, not to fit and disappear.
