Composite parts fail on the small things — tooling that fights the process, winding tension that drifts, a cure that runs a few degrees out. None of it stops the line on its own, but together they cost you parts, repeatability and margin.
  • Off-the-shelf tooling rarely fits the process, so functionality and design are compromised before the first part is made.
  • Inconsistent tension and motion in winding, tape laying and layup leave fibre placement varying part to part.
  • Curing temperature that drifts or isn't measured properly turns good layups into scrap.

Motion and control for winding, tape laying and layup

We supply and integrate the motors, controllers, linear motion and tension control that keep fibre placement consistent — so winding, tape laying and layup repeat accurately, part after part.

Curing you can measure

Curing ovens with closed-loop temperature control and pyrometer measurement hold the cure where the material needs it. The temperature stays put, and the scrap that came with drift stops too.

Do you design tooling specifically for our process?

Yes. Fit-for-purpose engineered tooling is where we have most experience — we design it around your part and method, working with you to optimise its functionality and design.

Which composite processes do you work with?

Filament winding, tape laying and layup. We supply and integrate the motors, controllers, linear motion and tension control that keep fibre placement consistent across all three.

Can you help with curing?

Yes. We supply curing ovens with closed-loop temperature control and pyrometer measurement, so the cure holds where the material needs it.

Do you work with carbon fibre?
