Through our partnership with AIS Gauging and Wintriss Engineering Corporation, we offer a range of in-line web measurement sensors and smart line camera systems. These are designed to enhance production processes across various industries.

AIS Gauging Sensors are essential for accurately measuring the thickness of materials and can be used for paper, plastics, metals and textiles as they pass through production lines.

Whilst Wintriss Smart line scan cameras are advanced surface inspection tools designed to capture high-resolution images of continuously moving materials (webs). Equipped with a built-in FPGA processor, they enable precise, real-time defect detection even at high operating speeds. These cameras are ideal for integration into defect inspection systems that require high-speed, high-resolution imaging of large or cylindrical objects.

Both the above mentioned systems provide real-time feedback, so that adjustment can be made mid-process by either automatic or manual control.
