Product Description
The Hyperion™ 924IPSv3 is a compact, high-performance 24 V DC ionising bar designed to control static charges over short ranges (up to around 200 mm). It provides full-length ionisation performance and is one of the most compact pulsed DC bars available, making it ideal for installation on printing, converting, packaging and other high-speed machinery.
Adjustable via optional SmartControl Touch™ or BarMaster programmers, the 924IPSv3 lets operators fine-tune output voltage, frequency and balance for specific process conditions. Built-in LED status indication helps show operational condition and alerts when cleaning is required, while dual alarm outputs support integration with PLCs, buzzers or remote indicators.
Enhanced with pure titanium emitter pins for long life and reliable performance, the 924IPSv3 replaces the earlier 924IPSv2 as Meech’s flagship short-range ionising bar. Alternative versions are available to suit different environments and applications.
