Product Description
Through our relationship with Repplus S.A.S we are now able to offer a unique web clamping system that is ideal for splicing tables and integration into web guide systems.
A splice table is a fixture used in both unwind and rewind applications which is used to clamp the leading end of a new roll to the trailing end of an expired roll, whilst the line consuming the web is temporarily stopped.
The web can be held using a pneumatic clamping system such as that made by Repplus. This solution employs a durable bladder clamping system that securely grips the web.
Depending on the web and application, the gripper can be supplied in either:
- Aluminium Strip
- Hard Rubber Strip
- Polyurethane Rubber
