Product Description

The Meech Hyperion™ 945IPS is a mid-range pulsed DC ionising bar engineered for reliable static control in industrial applications. It maintains a powerful 15 kV output, built-in Ion Current Monitoring (ICM) and fault/cleaning alarm signals for robust performance and uptime.

Enhanced with pure titanium emitter pins shaped for performance and corrosion resistance, and a raised bar profile that optimises ion output, the 945IPS delivers effective static neutralisation over a typical range of 150–600 mm — suitable for converting, printing, packaging and other production lines.

The bar is easy to mount using an improved wide T-slot and T-slide system, and integrates with Meech’s SmartControl Touch™ or BarMaster programmers for remote adjustment and monitoring of voltage, frequency and balance settings to suit specific conditions.
