  • Low voltage wiring - requiring a 24V DC power supply eliminates the need for high-voltage wiring to the ionisation strip.
  • Adjustable output - frequency and balance can be adjusted with the optional BarMaster programmer.

Product Description

The Meech Hyperion™ 971IPS-30 is a powerful pulsed DC ionising bar designed for very long-range static control applications, making it ideal for machines such as slitter rewinders, turret winders and other large-format converting equipment. It features an integrated +/-30 kV 24 V DC power supply, delivering some of the highest ionising output in the Hyperion range.

With an operating distance from approximately 450 to 1500 mm, the 971IPS-30 tackles static over extended reach where shorter bars are not suitable. Built-in Ion Current Monitoring (ICM) technology helps maintain performance by signalling when cleaning or maintenance is needed via local and remote alarms. Output frequency and balance can be adjusted with a remote programmer to suit specific conditions.
