Product Description
The Meech 971 Pulsed DC Bar delivers powerful long-range ionisation to control static electricity on a wide variety of printing, converting and process machinery. Using reliable pulsed DC technology, it offers industry-leading performance with excellent reach, making it ideal for applications such as rewinds and collection bins without needing air assistance in most installations.
Designed with a rigid profile and titanium emitter pins for long service life, the 971 bar incorporates resistive coupling for safe, shock-free operation and is optimised for low maintenance and contamination resistance. An integrated air-boost option enhances performance on more demanding lines.
When paired with a suitable PulseDrive pulsed DC controller, the 971 gains the benefits of Hyperion technology, allowing remote programming and monitoring of ionisation output to match specific process needs.
