Spreader Rollers

FAIT’s Rollmax, Rollflat, Rolltense and Expander spreader rollers are fully designed and manufactured by FAIT Group to eliminate creases and improve material control in web handling applications. Each system is engineered to suit specific materials, line speeds and operating environments, delivering reliable spreading performance across a wide range of industries.

Rollflat is designed for textile, tanning, paper, plastic film, non-woven and technical fabric applications. It uses a specialised bird-wing elastic profile combined with dynamic adjustment, allowing operators to fine-tune tension via fixed or variable-inclination heads to optimise spreading action on the material.

Rollmax spreader rollers use independently rotating, rubberised discs to relax fabrics, films and paper and remove creases effectively. The discs can be adjusted by the operator to achieve the required spreading effect, with solutions available for wet or chemically aggressive environments. Multiple diameters are available, alongside high levels of customisation and easy integration.
